I like the kitchens in these homes. But hopefully, this reaches the builder. The bathrooms are less than ideal. At this price point the builder makes no effort to beautify the home with those tub-shower inserts. It's giving very much minimal effort to beautify or customize the home.

Hardwood floors are more expensive and a lot of upkeep and maintenance than LVP. Especially If you have animals or kids. I’d choose them over hardwood any day.

Marty you had me with the first words, In-law suite with washer and dryer. Love the light color floors. The 5 Bedrooms and 3+ acres would make me feel like a King with so much this home has to offer. I had to watch it twice. And green is your color. Light and open beautiful kitchen. The pantry/ Safe room is a nice feature. It's nice to have features that only you know of. I'm counting my pennies and heading to my prayer closet. Oh the covered back porch, I could cook and skip the suntan, Lol. Loved the closets in the secondary bedrooms. I can see family coming and wanting to stay. I'd have to hire Fake police officer to threaten them to leave.Lol Thank you again. For putting up with me.Can't remember if I took my med's. Great home and great realtor. All the best! MP.
