There's been some accounts from prison. Where individuals who are tremendously strong with their hands. Remember these people can rip through handcuffs by twisting them. But the account that I'm talking about is the jaw separation from the face it has happened. Nothing comical or anything like that. But if one has the force you can damage the body tremendously. Again as a iron Palm practitioner myself I doubt that most people are willing to put in enormous amount of effort in the practice. especially when we have tools like knives and other and bludgeons. Most people do the basic conditioning at best

probably my favorite position in the longer forms of Tai Chi snake creeps low or creep low like snake both losely translated , at first its hard to keep the back straight but patience and time the person will get lower but als ohave the back straight , when I started tai chi back in the mdid 1990s i aledy have tha tkind of flexabilty , not so much now dont practice as often as I would like I live in a very tinmy bach suit and being a tall largeframed person doesnt help lol so this movement I dont have room to do ;(

I know you can condition the hands to do incredible things but you are not going to be able to penetrate the skin of the abdomen, the muscle, fascia, & fat, to be able to "pull out the intestines". This is bullshit.

I feel like doing this is good for coordination and health as well as martial arts history, but overall this is completely useless. Like learning to ride a horse. Sure it's fun, great activity, lots of cool things can be done with a horse, but we drive cars for a reason. It's superior.

Bro do you really think a martial artist of his caliber would fall to a telegraphed haymaker? It may look silly, but this requires so much dexterity, strength, and coordination. The ox jaw strike doesnt even look like a strike, but it CERTAINLY hurts to get hit by one.

There's also the concept of semen retention! If you master this, you can scare your opponent so much, you might not even have, to hit him, to win a fight. This is why, Mike Tyson was so deadly, in the ring- after 1825 days of no sex, even in dreams, it works! He never lost a fight, either inside, or outside the ring! All his opponents, feared him, and even those who went the distance, eventually lost.
