How to conquer the 2 mile run: Run, it's honestly isnt that bad. If you run a few times a week and maintain a decent pace, I can almost guarantee you can get the 2 mile run in under the minimum 23 minutes. I used to be a heavier guy weighing 245 pounds before I chose to lose some weight so I could enlist and I could still do the 2 mile in 22 minutes when I was that heavy. Now I'm weighing 212 and able to get it in 18 minutes.

I want to do national guard for task force rattlesnake but my parents are worried id get deployed for war if it ever had to happen. If anyone would be able to provide me information on that it would help.
