When I asked for the documents, they said, "Get the sale agreement done, and we will provide the documents later," which is an irresponsible statement to make to customers. Furthermore, be cautious of the marketing representative, Tajesh. He lacks knowledge and makes false promises. Overall, I would not recommend Mahaveer Highland to anyone. Be cautious with their marketing and legal teams, as they agree to everything initially but become unresponsive later. Mahaveer is definitely not the right property to invest in.

BE CAUTIOUS!! CHEATERS!! FRAUD!! SAS Infra, the tag line "trend creators in cheating investors" is perfect fit for them. Despite waiting for 4 years, there's zero progress till now. The project plan was altered multiple times without consent from investors. The management throws a blind eye at the investors, with no response to calls, or emails, and none available even at the office to update the status of the project or plan. The management doesn't hold up to their promises, make decisions as per their convenience without the investor's consent. They are not paying back even if we backout. A dead investment and I am stuck. I have follow-up up with the management by all means but no response. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST AND INVEST IN ANY PROJECTS FROM SAS INFRA. ESPECIALLY, DO NOT TRUST THE MEDIATOR.

Despite repeated assurances, the project was delayed by several months, causing immense stress and inconvenience. What made matters worse was the irresponsible behaviour from the employees. Communication was poor, and they often ignored my calls and emails. When I finally managed to get in touch, their responses were vague and dismissive, offering little to no resolution to my concerns. Given this experience, I strongly advise against purchasing flats from GHR Builders. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
