You said when you flew downtown and night, you were outside of the city but you weren't near any of the buildings. But weren't you flying over them? I can't find a single article, post, blog, or anything in Travis County Gov sites saying whether or not you can fly over downtown. I just keep seeing these rules of "not flying over people"

I think it's more of a common sense not to fly near buildings and over people. I tend to be a little on the outside of the city

hey buddy! nice video and thanks for the explanation, I'm in Munich and I brought my drone with me from the UK but still not too sure if I should fly it after seeing that they are quite strict here, I did download an app called DroniQ which shows the no-fly zone that seems to be almost everywhere in Munich. I just would like to know when you used your drone what precautions did you take? flying early morning for instance?

Going to Mexico in January 2023. Small town in the country near Xtapa. I've heard that bringing a drone to Mexico has gotten tougher. And legally foreigners aren't allowed to fly. Any advice?

it has not changed at all, i can confirm. If cops see you though, they will say something to you. But other than that sometimes at resorts if you ask they let you.
