I watch the series and it gave me a lot of things I never knew the reason for and some of the things I was already doing unconsciously but never knew the purpose. Mark does really a good job explaining.

That probably works if the other guy just stands there and doesn’t move or fight back and let’s you just do stuff to him. 😊

Interesting - his instruction at 10:10 directly contradicts with what Samart teaches at 0:35 here kzbin.info/www/bejne/j2eugp9sjLZ-h9k. What's the benefit of the 'straight leg back' training method over Samart's bent leg method? Seems the bent leg is better positioned to block a counter roundhouse.
@MrQba4 жыл бұрын
You get the feel of the straight leg at impact. After that you can start do bend after you are able to feel. Just a training method / step, not the end product

Just a question, but why wouldnt you go underhook then throw using the attackers weight against them? That seems more simple imo

What an awesome program for building accountability, responsibility and discipline. I love that part of your mission is to, 'not build better fighters, but build better people'. There can never be enough of these in the world. Thanks for what you do.
