His name was Calvin Kelley, sadly he was killed in the end of 2015, I'm sorry man.

Our band broke up a year before Calvin passed away. It's definitely a reason why we'll never get back together though.

Justin Haskin Heartbreaking man. Deepest condolences to you and the rest of the band, along with his family. Losing people young while young isn’t the way it should be. This EP was killer I’ve listened to it for the past two years and was never... I guess up to date on what happened. He’ll forever rest in paradise. Well all meet him one day, and you’ll see one of your most beloved friends once again. After posting the comment last night I found your band DESOLIST, first song I listened to was Calvin. He’d be proud. Continue the legacy man. I’m sold. 💯 will be supporting you guy on your future endeavors. Can’t wait for the new DESOLIST album homie. Real shit if a lot of the album will be like that to I’d be ecstatic. It was touching man. Makes people open their eyes. Love you guys! Come to Oregon I’ll tear your pits up!

Thank you so much dude. For real, very touching comment. I'm glad you found the Calvin song, I think he'd be proud as well. He actually heard the song as an instrumental without lyrics and loved it, so when everything happened I knew the lyrics had to be about him. The album will be out in just a couple months. Thanks again dude. Hopefully will tour to Oregon eventually!
