Of course you can make your own new door panels IF they are as fortunate as you to already have the existing "cardstock" @0:13 . How do i make myself a new door panel if i have NOTHING of the 67 year old upholstery left ? Thanks

Waterproof those cards with TotalBoat penetrating epoxy. 2-3 coats: The epoxy is thin and will absorb into the door cards making them extremely tough and waterproof. This also works excellent for restoring old water damaged cards.
