Some parrots are so demanding, and others are really sweet. This one is very demanding and territorial. She’s not asking this parrot to do anything except behave, but for some reason the parrot wants everything her way. I really do feel for Donna, because she is doing everything right.

That Parrot has a terrible entitlement problem. I cannot imagine her telling that selfish greedy bird that Jhelum could eat the table. Since it’s clear she did not do that……..this bird has a problem with lying or embellishing what he says. He seems to like Arguing with Donna. This kind of looks and sounds like this bird is attempting Dominance in the household.

Amazing how smart Cockatoos are, I argue with my feathered friends and they love it just as much as Jazzy. Parrot type birds in flocks are in constant and loud communication with each other. When flocks of wild parrots fly over my house, the squawking is constant and almost deafening. So this type of loud, seemingly argumentative communication with a pet Cockatoo makes them very happy and helps fulfill their need for attention and communication.
