Master Adam never stops to amaze me ! His acrobatic kicks and his speed and power are all "World Class" and pound for pound he may be the most powerful striker in the World. It is always an honor to watch him perform, signed Grandmaster Paul Hickey ( a proud USBA member)

Look up Wollf's Law. The more you do this, the more difficult it gets to break a bone unless you do it so often the bones don't have a chance to recuperate.

yeah. Having as strong hands as they have is something that is always usefull. Breaking your hand while fighting and then falling on the ground crying would be the worst. Nonetheless, most martial artists do hand conditioning(fist push ups) so it probably wont happen anyay.

Spacers allow each block to impact the block below it and thus utilize the weight and momentum of the preceding block more efficiently. There was an ice breaking demonstration many years ago where the first block of ice had a weak spot and it snapped under it's own weight. They were generously spaced of course and the domino effect broke every block. Needless to say the poor sap was embarrassed.

He is a good guitar player! I think he should do some wicked awsome guitar solo, and maybe hold back on the singing a little. It takes guts to do that at such a young age tho. Good job! ^^

Look at the size of the guitar! If you fools would have a bit of brains, you'd realize that he really is a very young kid. And as far as your criticism goes: I bet NONE of you discouragers would have the guts to go on stage and do what that kid did. BRAVO!
