I will tell the toturial. First step. Sing The E sound. Second step. Make that E to an O sound. After that, make the O to E again. Notice you hear a whistle sound? Practice it a few times until you will Hear it clearly and loudly. But it still quiet when a person is hearing it. Third step. Pull ur tounge back (It means you make the E sound to EAR and to O.) Fourth Step. Practice it many times until you Master it. Enjoy.
