Mere paas ford 2018 Trend diesel Aspire car hai.. 84000 kms chla chuka hu.. Aaj kal jb jyada baarish hoti hai tb car 2-4 km chlne k baad khud band pd jaati hai.. Aisa pehle ni hua kbi.. Service b krwae thi 80000 pr.. Aisa kyu ho rha hai.. Plz guide.. Ford service center pe le k gya tha car ko.. Lekin un se nhi solve hua problem.. Scan b kea tha ford service walo ne.. Koi error nhi aaya..

Good diagnosis. But if I was in your place, I'd have told the owner to either top up oil every week or sell the car. The engine in this car is ea888 gen 2 with faulty oil control rings from skoda factory. It's a total messy design and carbon build in the these engines further aggravate the consumption. Oil consumption anywhere in between 500-3600 kms per 1l is apparently normal for this engine. I've driven it over 1.4 lac kms and it's a brilliant engine but this oil issue is rampant across all tsi gen 2.

Worst services ever. Sharing my experience. I visited their main branch in Gurgaon for an AC service, and the experience was terrible. The mechanics were unskilled and unprofessional. They opened my car dashboard and ended up breaking all the dashboard and stereo locks. As a result, my stereo became non-functional. When I reported this issue, they promised to arrange the necessary spare parts and replacements, but now they have blocked my number. When I visit the workshop, they avoid facing me, and no one from Gadizo is addressing my complaint.
