Hi Faith Based Guitarist. Do you have a channel that teaches from the beginning of guitar basics. I've studied guitar since September 7,2023 but in trying to mainstream only gospel on the Internet has taken me the long way around the mountain. I'm getting frustrated but I have a great guitar foundation of knowledge. There's so much to learn before even learning a song. Feels impossible, but we know with God all things are possible! I am really thankful that the Lord led me to this video. Thank you

Thank you for your comment and for reaching out. Yes, I have some beginner guitar content, but it sounds like you need more direction than anything. Contact me at [email protected], and I'll be more than happy to help. Also, check out some of my other videos where I teach some basic music theory concepts.

Why not just tab out quartet drive patterns that can be applicable to any key and that would help out tremendously beginners? Thanks

Such a great idea. Thank you for your comment. This is something I do and I'll apply it to these youtube videos as well.

These are really cool and sound super good! One I'm familiar with I'm sure you may cover eventually is using a diminished chord half a step down from the next chord you are going to. It's something that's used in blues sometimes so basically it's C-Edim-F (you can also use half diminished chords and diminished 7 too).
@rudyfullertonguitar6 ай бұрын
Hey there!! Thank you for your comment! Yes!!! I love that movement. I have definitely covered that in a lesson but never on KZbin. The diminished chord is also a great passing chord. That'll be uploaded in the future.
