That's not a great idea. Your resources would be split in half and also not getting games to crash is hard. I have tried this and got minimal framerate even on an i5 12600kf and rtx 3080. Trust me even on a good system it won't go smoothly.

I was looking for this but got stuck. I assigned my smb share wich contains my video folder. however, when i go to data to add my files, the folder is empty. Problably due to permissions but no clue where to start :)

Check the app configuration in TrueNAS if you added the media to additional storage. If you haven't, this is where you would. If your media is there, check that in your plex file browser, your datasets or folders are present.

Hey, das könnte an mehreren Dingen liegen. Überprüfe bitte Folgendes: 1. SMBIOS-Konfiguration: Stelle sicher, dass du das richtige Modell für dein Gerät ausgewählt hast. 2. Fehlerhafte Treiber: Manche kexts (Treiber) können Probleme verursachen. Teste es, indem du problematische kexts vorübergehend deaktivierst. 3. Sicherheitsoptionen im BIOS: Deaktiviere Secure Boot und aktiviere AHCI, falls verfügbar. 4. Verbose-Mode: Starte den Mac mit -v, um zu sehen, an welcher Stelle er genau hängen bleibt. Das hilft, den Fehler besser einzugrenzen. Falls es immer noch nicht klappt, gib mir mehr Infos zu deinem System, dann kann ich gezielter helfen.

You should try dosdude1's catalina patcher. It only works up to macOS catalina but atleast you will get something. I'm making a new video on how to upgrade unibody macbooks and macbook pros and you might find some information that might help you out so stay on the look. Best of luck!

hello, im using v41 batocera on a mini pc. the controller works with dongle on the front usb ports but not the ports at the back, or it either have a big delay. i tried connecting my switch joy-cons bluetooth it says connected but no buttons work. also tried using usb hub and it does not even detect the controller. i wonder what to do to fix this, any suggestions is appreciated.

Hello! I see your problem and this fault is related to either your front usb is a little bit flaky and has a fault or your motherboard doesn't handle front usb that well. If you plug in a USB keyboard and it works with no problem than you know it's the controller, but if you get the same problem with a keyboard, you're gonna know that it's the motherboard. ive not installed Batocera yet.. i have a mini computer with oculink and an egpu... will Batocera be able to take advantage of the external gpu...will Batocera be able to find and use the drivers for the external gpu ..?

It will work just fine. Batocera has drivers built in for all gpus. Egpu means that there isn't a physical pcie connection but the device operates like it should. So you are good to go!

1 quick question/mention : after you have everything set up, you dont need internet anymore, true ? Also the usb will be detected if you are in root menu, when you press F1

So technically you don't need Internet but it's super useful and for me I couldn't get the usb to show up on the root menu. You might get more success than me

@@HardwareUnleashed i have an acer N4640G without wifi but with Ethernet... its a bit hard for me to have the cable all the way near the tv... i used 2 external ssds and they both work in root menu, maybe has to do that is an ssd not an usb ? gl, keep it up

If you own a windows server you should know that you should not touch/change anything in the system unless its completely necessary! All these "tweakers" will make a big mess in registery/gpo and system will just stop working eventually! BTW that's not a windows server, just plain old windows... - wanna be a man with a server? Install Windows server! And have fun with domain setup, GPO's and stuff. Also a friendly tip - do not install anything unless you tested it in VM, sometimes even Microsoft software will make changes that you cant be undone - reinstall will be an only option.

@HardwareUnleashed I am on SEK( Ukraine CSC), and my service provider, according to the phone, is SMD( when I researched, it was Virgin Mobile). But I am in Africa, Ghana. I use MTN and Vodafone sims on the phone.

@HardwareUnleashed yes, when i got the phone, it was used. It was on android 12 even in 2014. The CSC there was WWA..I changed it to enable native call recording. And I flashed a stock rom to get android 14.
