It is a "set revival", a series of sets that are available temporarely. They bring back old sets from TFT to this day, with the newer changes in items, mechanics and some changes (exclusive augments, etc) The first revival was 3.5 last year. The next revival is this one, the 4.5. It will be available next patch on live, and is currently available in PBE servers.

I really missed fun sets, what was it darkbringers or something? just duplicating crazy amount of zekes etc. was fun, mecha was so much fun, dragons are pretty recent yet they were so much fun too. if they cant do as fun as it used to they can just bring them back ...
