Is because when rockstar created north yankton that area with the glitches was not suppost to be use north yankton was created just for the prologue mission not for exploration. Sorry for the glitches

is only for story mode - if you know how to mod is here www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2011-honda-accord there is other models i use this 8th gen cause i have the same car

open menu with F8 navigate with numpad keys on a keyboard if you have a laptop without numpad keys search online how to use numpad keys on laptop i have the same problem but i have a second keyboard plug to usb port with the numpad keys
