How much horses power per unit

I have the exact wheeled sprayer - seemed good at first, but the older it got the more the weak points showed themselves. Would I buy another, not a chance!!

Only option I’d recommend is a on board air compressor that while applying fertalizer when you shut down at night you’re able to blow air through your booms to empty them out so fertalizer doesn’t drip on the frame while folded up

I think a pull behind sprayer is the better option than a self propelled because of the price difference. And it allows you to use your tractor instead of having a specialized piece of equipment just to spray.
