What if I don't have the format button in my powerpoint? Do I have a different version?

If you don't have the format button in PowerPoint, you may need to either: 1) Update your PowerPoint This is very simple to do, just go File/Account (which is right near the bottom left)/ Office updates, and that should work 2) Enable the format tab This is a bit more complex - right click on the tabs at the top (E.g. the home tab) and press 'customize the ribbon'. A pop up box should come up. On the right, under 'customize the ribbon' change the option of 'main tabs,' to 'all tabs'. Scroll down to the bottom and check the boxes under 'Video Tools' of 'Video Format'. Hopefully that works! NB: You may need to update your PowerPoint before carrying out step two if it doesn't work.
