I have tried countless things. The only things that really worked in my case: A good diet, decent sleeping timings, moving your body at least for 20 minutes, eating right, using good shampoo as well as oil. I use only liitleextraaa cocoonnion shampoo with natural hair oil for this purpose plus it does the job. My hair fall got under control with it.
