Bro, it was Soul Train, relax! All the songs on that show were lip sync it wasn’t live. That doesn’t take away the fact that she was the real drummer on recordings and live shows. Relax

I remember Sylvester back in the 70s,,he was of the singers that opened the door for disco to come in,,his songs were and high energy level,,I remember once in awhile I'll sing this in my head,,almost 50 yrs old,,time goes by fast..😭
