Thanks homie! You should start training chest twice a week with 100Lbs on the barbell bench press for 5-6 sets of 10 with a 80-90 sec rest between sets. Once a month go for a NEW max bench and as that number gets higher: Keep training with 65-70% of that until you can safely hit 225lbs with no spotter

It doesn't give you energy, but it's one of my favorite alternitives to coffee or a Latte since I consume damn near 1,000mg of caffeine a day! But also, it's nice to have hot tea when it's cold right now in January AND the tea is lower in calories than MOST drinks at Starbucks....So you'll see me drinking this a few times a week when I'm deep in a cut

The "no sugar added" peanut butter has 2 grams of sugar per serving. The regular peanut butter has 3 grams of sugar, but it has less calories?

yes because the no sugar added has 18g of fat and 4 g of saturated fat vs the regular jiff 16g of fat and 3.5 sat fat. the sugar difference is only 1 gram the fat difference is bigger.
