It's all about money, power, and control. More of a corporation rather than a system of justice. Could go on and on about my own experience yet want to keep my comment short. Needing to keep seeking what help I can to heal from the damage done and not spiral into a more negative way of living.

@lionstruth I'm freshly released from probation for nearly 3 months now, yet I am terrified to do anything to live a life outside of the routine I've been in while on supervision. I go to stores, go to work, and come home. I can drink, so it helps a bit, but I still am cautious about even leaving my residence for long periods of time. Have told myself to take a vacation, yet again, my terror holds me in place, telling me to save my money for risk of needing it for commissaries again or legal fees. It might of only been 3 years yet I feel like I'm not aloud to be happy anymore. That I can't live outside of the routine of going to work then home.

@justinrabbitt9492 I'm sorry to hear that. And as you're probably aware, that is not uncommon. Here in Delaware there is a full initiative to address this. It's referred to here as P.I.C.S (post incarceration syndrome) I participated in a documentary that is being put together on that.

@@justinrabbitt9492 you can only move at your own pace. But some things you may find helpful could include therapy, building up a support system if you don't already have one, being active in a church community, or a social/hobby community as an outlet, or even possibly completely changing scenery and moving from your city or state. There is no easy fix or one size fits all approach.

@lionstruth I've seen some of the stuff on that yet fear society won't really care. Do the crime, do the time, and be branded forever. For me I'm used like the boogeyman to make people fear me without ever really knowing me n my story. I'll forever be seen as a "monster" by the media instead of a person who just wants to move on n live my life in peace. Not be restricted to the point of insanity with where I can work, where I can live, how long I can stay away from my home without reporting it, and going thru all that bs counseling program for just an expensive piece of toilet paper certificate that changes nothing for me long term. Wasting over $14,000 total in all the fees n such along with 3 years of my life yet am still not aloud to move on to live my life with all my human rights restored. As I tell myself, I'm a prisoner of war now, and will never truly be free in a country that claims to be the land of the free.

@davidnock7995 first of all, I don't "expect people to feel sorry for me" I'm part of a grassroots initiative that is challenging the system in my state, I work with other activists on a frequent basis. To answer ur question as succinctly as I can, I was carrying a legal gun, in a legal manner, and was lied about by a dirty former cop, probation officer at the time. He exceed his authority as I wasn't on probation. I then proceeded to be railroaded thru the system from then [2016] to now. The agency he was employed with is identified by the Delaware aclu as corrupt, and their team is actively working to dismantle said agency ("safe streets") www.aclu-de.org/en/news/operation-safe-streets including numerous documented accounts of brutality, racism, falsification of evidence, Constitutional violations, etc. As you can see, that's alot to read off in a 60 second short, and leaves no time for the planned commentary. I don't "bitch" about anything, I'm out there in the trenches doing something about it. This channel is just for me to try and document things when I can.

All these years they continually hold you in prison and punish you when there is no crime at all. No one will take the time to look at it. Why are they so insistant to keep you separated from your mother and why are they lying saying you had a felony when on their papers it says you are not a felon. Carrying a weapon is legal in this state. All of this is outlandish. These people have no integrity. Just like the justice system in wash DC. Everything is built on lies. (Disclaimer : not sure why y/t recommended your video, but I'm just a rando that gazed at your rabbit hole). IMPRESSIVE web page ! Three suggestions : 1) get a mic out of the wind; 2) date stamp the phone call recordings; and, 3) keep a current summary at top with documents in reverse chronological order (as maybe you already are?) Guessing call with Dr. Aviola was August 2023, prior to you getting in hand their certified letter . . . which the posted transcript indicates you did eventually get? Last place I've followed the plot to is the Nov. 1, 2023 letter from DE DOE requiring Uwilm to respond by Dec.1, 2023. Did/does DOE follow up with you? Life is challenging on most fronts (physically; mentally; emotionally; societally; professionally; educationally; criminally; etc . . .) and “crazy can be crazy making” so it can be prudent not to crawl down every rabbit hole. Presumably society wants to encourage people to learn from their mistakes; make restitution; and live a healthy productive life. As you “choose your battles” in life, I hope you are able to take good self-care in the process and honor your own limitations . There are (almost always) alternatives. . . some better than others ! Without hindsight, it is not always easy to see when the best strategy is persistence and when best to 'move along.' ‘Fair Winds and Following Seas’ B---)

Residents in Wilmmington are brain washed. They believe that they will be protected. They do not think that maybe they should prepare to protect themselves. Everyday in this city, we see black on black crime. Blacks are killing each other. Many women are now arming up and learning how to use their weapons. They are starting to realize that the black men are not interested in protecting them and they need to buck up and protect themselves and their children. People are breaking free from the brain washing. How many of their men have felonies so cannot purchase a weapon and protect them? How many will do it anyway illegally? The powers that be do not want us armed or educated for that matter. An unarmed populace is so easy to take over. History tells us that each country who relinquuished their weapons were wiped out soon after. I pray our people wake up...This government is out to take over or they would not be so interested in our weapons. Criminals are walking into our country. Nothing is being done about that threat. But come here Mr and Mrs Citizen and lay down your weapons. STOP TRYING TO TAKE OUR WEAPONS!

All the papers are online about this case. This seems to be unconstitutional, There is a tremendous amount of innocent people incarcerated today. Looks like power and control to me. The communist agenda. Your judge Francis Jones is supposedly a fighter for civil rights. Why isn't he standing up for you? This looks like these people involved , the judge, and others are answering to someone higher up with an ax to grind. I see child molesters, rapists, people who have shot others are not put through all of this. They are out or barely charged. Most people will have contact with their parents. This is a sure fire way to keep you in the system. All of us worry about our parents. This is cruel just like jill biden says. What right do they have to say who you can see or not? An out of control "justice" system in the state of Delaware that tends to expend millions of dollars per year to enforce its wishes, when though they serve no public safety interests. My case is bizarre, but not necessarily unique. The problem is so severe that it's prompted the ACLU and a local coalition of lawmakers and activists to begin working to overhaul the entire system top to bottom.

Judge Andrea Rocanelli identified my mother as a bad influence, didn't like her outspoken conservative political beliefs, and titled her an "unindicted coconspirator" (which no lawyer I consulted could make sense of, since my mother has never been in legal trouble a day in her life) said she was a distraction from treatment, basically all personal issues. Not grounds for a no contact, But I was told the program court I was in had special abilities that a regular court didn't have, and this was legal under that charter. When I withdrew from that court, however, the order remained, and no one, not even my current defense attorney, can understand how or why.

@daveperron7383 There have been home health aids involved since the major health incident last summer, also after having been released from hospital she did in fact spend about a month in a nursing home, they cleared her to return home with the intensive home assistance in place (check ins a few times a week, they don't live there with her, so if there was an emergency then yes, I'd imagine she'd be put back in the nursing home). It's not so much that she physically needs her sons assistance to live, what we're trying to explain here is the mental fear and anguish, and there's no legitimate reason for it except politics. This began years ago during an active court case that didn't concern her except she was the mother of the defendant. She appeared at court in a support role, and during discussions with a judge was deemed a problem (for whatever reason the judge decided to start a debate with her) and she was outspoken in her conservative beliefs. This was a constitutional law case from the beginning, with the 2nd and 4th amendments the crux of the issue. So, back in summer of 2018 the no contact came of that heated conversation.
