What are the prerequisites for this. I fear to jump my legs in the air and I don't think I would be able to bail out, I will straight up fall on my back breaking my wrists
@FitnessBible-vr6fs22 сағат бұрын
@@himanshusoni8542 I would recommend you work on your mobility and flexibility for your wrist and start by doing a pike stand and slowly elevate your legs to the wall

maby Im wrong but I think its better to practise handstand with a flexed abs so you dont arc the back and ur body stacks better, but great work!

Do you train progressions. I’d love to see your form. I’m also working on my planche. I had a one legged planche a few months ago but I can’t get it back and idk why:(
@FitnessBible-vr6fs10 күн бұрын
@anthonykyriakides6113 I would recommend you train the planche 2x a week and do it at the beginning of your workouts. You can use resistance bands to make the progressions easier to do. As for the Form your shoulders need to go beyond your wrists and your body needs to be horizontal inline from your feet to head. Think of it like a push up with your legs hovering over the ground.
