Beautiful work; but my question is in regard to ease and sewing allowance. When you instruct to add one inch sewing allowance, why do you add another 1/2 inch when cutting out the fabric? Thanks so much!
@bankytapere5278Ай бұрын
The ½ an inch is for joining allowance. Hope its helpful ❤
@SewWithTeepha27 күн бұрын
Thank you. The ½ that was added before cutting is the joining allowance.
@TheRealHousewifeOfPG26 күн бұрын
@SewWithTeepha ok thank you. It's a difference in terms. I call ease the amount added for wear and design. I call the additional 1/2 inch "seam allowance". Thank you!

Thanks for the tutorial ma'am Please for mine the back is longer than than the front
@SewWithTeepha27 күн бұрын
You're welcome 😊. The back will be longer than the front from the waist up. This is to help accommodate the butt and prevent the but from showing when we bend over.
