As we mentioned in the video the economy class on this plane does look a little dated but basically for us we prefer comfort over looks (at least when it comes to airplane seats). Ideally we would like to have both; modern and comfort but these seats were a little more spacious and comfortable then your average economy seat.

Hi, Thank you for your comment, We have taken this bus route quite a few times and I actually have had the same concerns you have. Either I have placed our luggage in the bus storage myself or the driver does this and I watch to make sure it is inside and which section it is placed in. If you are traveling from the airport to the bus terminal in Playa Del Carmen, depending which terminal you are arriving, the bus will make stops at each terminal and then the last stop would be the bus terminal in Playa, so everyone will get off at the same stop. If traveling from the bus terminal to the airport it is basically the same procedure in reverse. There is no baggage ticket, basically it is an honor system. **If you are indeed concerned (as I usually am) you can sit by the window above where your luggage is and just look peek out the window at each stop before yours just to check that nobody is taking your luggage accidentally. Now in all the times I have rode this route I have only seen this happen one time and it was indeed an honest mistake as 2 passengers had basically the same exact luggage but as soon as the other passenger had realized it he returned and all was good. Totally get that-NY can be a hassle with traffic, lines, and delays. But it does offer tons of flights, decent lounges, and TSA PreCheck helps with security. But if you’re near a less hectic, cheaper hub, then that might be your best option

Hello, this depends in many factors but on average Train from Penn to JFK ( 20 min ), walk to Jamaica Air Train ( 5 min ), Wait for Air Train ( 5-12 min ) Air Train Ride ( 8-15min depending which terminal you are going to ) So to sum up and with no maintenance issues 38min-52min. Thank you, Yes just the snack box before landing ( sandwich, cookies and banana ) pretty much the food mentioned in the menu we received before dinner, so basically the Dinner, a Danish, Soup and Snack box as well as additional snacks that were provided upon request as well a snacks available in the kitchen, As I had mentioned in the video this was part of our decision process when deciding between United and ANA for similar flights as United provides a higher level of food for their PE passengers on this route.

Hello, The prices vary as you have to negotiate but for that ride I wouldn’t pay more than $5 USD unless you book the Tuk Tuk for a tour of multiple sites. You might want to check out the price of an Uber as those prices are fixed when booking so no negotiating needed and they’re pretty reasonable. But if you do decide to take a Tuk Tuk make sure you are crystal clear with the driver about the price before you get in for the ride

Thanks for the comment, it's funny as we were deciding between ANA and UA for this flight and the points that you brought up were part of our decision process, but for us what it came down was... what was more important for us between better meals and amenity kits on the flight or the Lounges; and the Lounges won., Since we had late night flights on a multi City ticket we were able to enjoy the food, drinks and showers in a couple of different ANA business lounges. Next time we might try UA PE just to compare. About the bathrooms--Our flight was full and at that moment the bathroom needed a little attention but on my next trip to the restroom it was clean and fully stocked, I'll give them a pass on this one. And yes service seems to always be top notch!

Hi, if you are referring to The Castle and Pena then yes you have to purchase tickets to walk around the grounds and it is better to purchase them in advance so you don’t have to wait in the potentially long queue; I listed the direct link below to get those tickets PARK & CASTLE AT PENA bilheteira.parquesdesintra.pt... Most of the sites you will have to pay a small price to walk around the exterior and grounds. As far as the walking around the town of Sintra itself...that is free! Hi, 150US that's a lot, for the train there is a free shuttle service that connects CUN Airport to the Cancún Station of the Mayan Train and vice versa ( they are still working out some of the kinks ). The Bus is easy, inexpensive and runs frequently but the train is an another option as well, we might do a review of the train next time we visit. Safe Travels!

According to ANA, the lounge should remain open until just before boarding of the last ANA flight of the day from T7, so if you are flying on ANA it should be open, let us know how it turns out. Safe Travels!
