Does not work like this at all. Google everyone trying to figure out how to connect these things. Great concept but don’t pay extra money for this functionality. Does not connect. Does not recognize password. Does not show up on WiFi channels most of the time. For newer models, unplug the dryer. Press & hold the power button for 5 seconds. Then press & hold the start button for 5 seconds. Then plug back in and add device via the LG ThinQ app.
