I haven't watched any livestreams in a few years, one of them things that just seemed to be everyone and their dog doing them during the pandemic and I kind of got bored of them, particularly with the commenting thing on a popular channel where unless you throw cash into it, you leave comment, and **ping** it's gone, it's down to sheer luck that the streamer actually sees it, it's not fun...

Fun thing about salespeople, they will tell outright lies to get the commission from a big sale, because that's sales, they don't care about the customer, they care about the comish... :P

For my pay-as-you-go energy it's a lot simpler than letting them debit bills once a month, I put money into my energy account, they take out what I use as I use it (cos smart meters, they're not all that bad), usually about £1.50-£2 a day for electricity, though gas is variable based on weather and hot water use... :)

Fun fact about rubbing alcohol the higher percentage isn't better for killing bacteria. Its less effective than the 70% stuff But the higher percentage is great for cleaning 3d printer build plate and removing adhesive from things. But it can damage some plastics.

Alcohol won’t harm wiper blades, that’s what they put into windshield washer solvent to keep it from freezing in cold weather. Sometimes if your wipers aren’t cleaning the window very well, you can take some paper towel with some rubbing alcohol on it and run it down the edge of the blade a couple of times and it will clean the gunk off if and you can get a few extra months out of them.

Oh the memories, I've been to the farm once while I was visiting my friend in London. I did meet Rickem and Bloke that day and go to go for a ride in that contraption of a car with the oil tank and we did go up Sky Hill. Been following you, Bloke, Rickem, 3D Machines and a few others from those days.

I believe that video of the New Yorker was how I found your channel. I had a near identical 1978 New Yorker in mint condition and was looking for another one to use as a beater for the winter so I could keep my 78 off the salt. I was going to buy that one off Dave until I saw how bad he neglected it along with finding out about his creepy tendencies..

Dave's farm was cool until it wasn't. I think at one time he was the most viewed KZbin channel in Canada, then people found out he was a weirdo and everyone started noticing things happening there. One thing about Dave, just from watching him, you could tell people were walking on eggshells with him, like he could snap at any time, kinda like Doctor Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.I am surprised the dude is still doing the same crap.

One of them places that once upon a time looked like fun, but seeing it today, it's no-man's land cos it's just a major creepfest hearing him speaking again, I still have the rear licence plate that came off the Moldsmobile (not sure it was actually dave's to send thinking back, but oh well), was coated in mud from the pit there, but over the 15 years I've had it, its all fallen off, I don't have it on display though, too creepy...

I know this may be news to people but women get approached all the time by creepers while approaching their car. Just because you’re trying to be helpful doesn’t negate the fact that 75% or more, this type of interaction is generally unwanted sexual advances. Get a clue. 1/3 women have been sexually assaulted in this country. Stop getting butthurt that a woman is quite to be hyper vigilant.

I find it funny that in this day and age, there's still utility companies that do everything by paper, my energy supplier, all done either on their website or in their app, but I'm also pay-as-you-go, so seeing what my balance is versus usage in the app is pretty handy... :)
