porch???? I think you meant to pronounce it Porcha
@StephenMiljkovic7 сағат бұрын
Normally all European cars have harder paint & Japonease etc are softer paint.
@precisiondetailersllc55926 сағат бұрын
It really does depend on the specific model and year, we’ve seen Porsche that were insanely hard paint and this one was marring like crazy with a light cut on a foam cut pad

I had the same issue but after I hand washed it it’s still not any better. I told my ceramic guy who did it and he said he might have to reapply it there. The drivers side is fine. The passenger side is always in the sun compared to the drivers side, do you think that’s the issue ? I had the whole truck done in May of this year so it’s at the 6 month mark.
@precisiondetailersllc559217 сағат бұрын
How often are you hand washing? The coating pores could be clogged and may need decontaminated. This would be done with a few steps, Iron Remover, Mineral spot remover, claybar if necessary. If you’re going long periods without hand washing, it could have contaminates that are getting baked in from the sun.
@Sp9922617 сағат бұрын
@ yes it’s been 6 months before its first real wash
@precisiondetailersllc559216 сағат бұрын
@@Sp99226 that’s likely why. I compare maintaining your vehicles exterior, coated or not, like brushing your teeth or using mouthwash. As silly as it sounds 🤣. Mouthwash is great if you’re running late and need a quick freshen up, this is comparable to a touchless car wash. It will knock off the loose debris. Brushing your teeth is like hand washing your car, it agitates the dirt and removes all of it from the surface. If you never brush your teeth, eventually you’ll get heavy plaque buildup and will get cavities and the solution is some heavy work from a dentist. Whereas if you regularly brush your teeth (wash your truck) you’ll rarely have to go back and see a professional and it’ll look and perform great for many years!
@Sp9922616 сағат бұрын
It makes total sense lol. I thought I could wash it less but 6 months is probably too long ha ha. It rains here so much in the summer ( Florida) that I just waited, maybe I’ll wash it once a month now. It does keep the truck way cleaner btw which is why I got it done because it stays outside 24/7.

Stop with the paint correction bullshit. It's a cut and buff.
@precisiondetailersllc559210 күн бұрын
Yes it is! A lot easier to explain to the regular consumer with different levels such as enhancement polish, 1-step, 2-step instead of saying “buff”. That can be translated completely differently to 2 different people.
