How to check alarm output in this..?

Look in your manual and determine which two screws control the output for the alarm - whether its alarm one or alarm two etc. Those screws are connected to a relay that opens or closes when the alarm is triggered. There will be three screws associated with the alarm. One is "NO" normally open, One is a common or neutral, One is "NC" normally closed. When the alarm is triggered the NO and NC change. disconnect the wires connected to the alarms. Put an electrical conductivity meter between the common and either the NO or NC. One should have current going through it the other shouldn't. When the alarm is triggered by the setpoint of the alarm the circuit should open or close. The alarm is simply a relay that opens up in the controller when it reaches the setting and allows current to flow through or shut down.

Hi. I have the same model Dc2800-E0 controller. The setup key shows all parameters except not showing tuning, control, algorithm. Is there any difference in those models

Yes. If you look at the numbers that follow the DC2800-XX- they mean something. You may not have all the options. If it is used it you may need the password to access some of the programming. Look at your manual to see what model you actually have. You have to translate the code.

@@drifterengines243 for a Typical Bayco oven about $1600 but it depends on what you want to do. Some controllers are cheaper. What are you trying to do?

Thank you for posting this video I’m an industrial maintenance mechanic and learning to work on our giant wax burn off oven. Man, this video definitely is helping me understand exactly what’s going on inside the oven and how it works going to continue to watch more videos to learn as much as I can. Why do you want to remove it? To do coating weights the original spec was to use hot chromic acid. There is also a spec that uses nitric acid. BOTH PROCESSES ARE DANGEROUS. You can also use muriatic or a high alkaline product. Why do you want to remove it?

@@customdesignedchemicals To be fair... most of the people I've seen in metal sanding or polishing jobs aren't much faster. I'm comparing the robot to how fast I would work.
