Why do you have 99% of the video taken up with the preparation (ie stuff we don't care about) and only a few seconds showing us the microscope images?

Thanks CCMB for listening me!! It's not from ISS return n it's from Telangana!! I worked on Tissue culture in Animal Cells!! As our Indian Health Department requirements n export needs Finally we decided to go culture the compound blood tissue the Human Blood the fluid tissue from the bone marrow tissue that has no complections issues (such as blood cancer cells) like in the shape of other tissue organs culture!! First let us culture the Bone n Bone marrow Osteo tissue n the cariocites from it later the blood tissue from the cariocites, this path requires no fixed bone or cariocites shape ,we need the same for this too!! We have different filters to filter the compound blood tissue for exports later! Blood donation killing the people somewhere else when you risking some one else some where!! We can separately culture the group wise blood later on any specific cases we can provide individual tissue culture facility too later in the future!! Medical Council of India approves this for production too!! Healthy mother cells for the culture, first heAlthy cells meaning we call parental cells healthiness Stem cells healthiness puts check to future Cancer like complections N more over we can supply young n healthy blood never before like too Merits in this projects are many Objectvly 100%%possible project Its asexual reproduction Supports Stem cells as parental cells Supports any healthly parental cells to culture Supports RNA DNA WISE (LITTLE EXPENSIVE SUPPORT S BLOOD GROUP WISE CULTURE NO CANCER COMPLECATIONS For the CCMB N CSIR

We will make it 100% possible even we can creat such good tissue culture conditions in our labs, Totipotency of the cells rises when the cells gets into deep sleep conditions to make only cell devission metabolism activated,we will make such deep sleep conditions to the targeted cells and provids external Artificial electro Nuro thermal controling conditions to regulate the cell devission s cell reproductions ie tissue culture perfect in controled situations!!

Great work dr. Megha Kumar... Always a joy working with zebrafish... Thanks CCMB for posting this tutorial... Zebrafish has many advantages over other existing lab animal models... Early stages of development are hard to study in other lab aninals since they are in-utero. in contrast, zebrafish embryos develops ex-utero, they are transparent during the larval development stage, this provides excellent optical clarity, making them a practical choice for easy observation.... Approximately 80% of the genes involved in human diseases have an equivalent in zebrafish. Due to good characterization of zebrafish genes it is possible to target specific genes, turn them on or off or introduce foreign genes, all these makes zebrafish very versatile for modern research other advantages of using zebrafish are: A cost effective alternative model Similarity to humans Transparent embryos Regeneration Suitable for genetic modification

India is not even a real country. Punjab, Naagaland, Manipur and so on deserves their own country to be fair. Also Bihari folks deserves their own nation so that no one has to take responsibility for them or feel ashamed being under the same flag. Also Indians are not Asians but there are folks who are clearly Asian and unfortunately have become Indians because of British Raj.

You forgot to specify that you used not just light microscopy, but the DIC method! This is very important, because bacterial cells will hardly be distinguishable under conventional light-field microscopy. The DIC method gives a certain dimension to the investigated objects (something like the oblique illumination method, but with greater contrast and resolution in details). P.S. Not the best music for such videos, really.

I am sorry for saying that’s very wrong. African is the descendent of Shameerian. all the people that came from Mesopotamia They were created strong body to work under the heat of Son to get the gold from earth that’s what the archaeologist find out from the tablets ancient Assyrian Samarian and Babylonia. so please do not create new history admit the people came from there. Do not change the history. Get your story right?
