I ordered a set of Chrome Bumpers & Bolts for our sons 66 C10 from Brothers for some reason I got 12 packs of Bolts ? Called them Back wanted to return what I didn't need & Nothing in reply ? 🤔 No Wonder there Closed !

I ordered Memorial Day from Mar-K and have yet to get an update on when my order will ship (3 months). They keep advertising sales but can't keep up with orders apparently. Fingers crossed.

I am thinking about making it look like my bed wood was cut out of an old advertising sign. Great tip about working on the bed upside down to start out with. I like that black stain as well.

As an alternative to alkyd stain. ML Campbell’s dye stains, xylol based tonetics that can be cleared same day easily. It’s used in furniture and high end cabinetry it can be sealed with vinyl/acrylic finish or class a finishes (auto) urethane as you were planning to do.

I'm from Argentina where information on this trucks is scarse, and so new parts. You teached me a lot on how to restore old ones! I have a 64 c20, and this weekend im fixing my not so good latching right door!! Keep the how to videos up!

Aloha David, I am so glad I came across your video on where we can buy parts now that Brothers Trucks is gone and not what it use to be anymore. I have been saving your “ How to lower your truck” video for a few years, and now that my truck is painted, I am putting it back together and need your help sourcing where Brothers use to buy their drop front springs, specifically the 22-184-W seen in your video. My truck is a 1955 3100 1st series and I can’t seem to find them anywhere. I found the 22-184, 8 spring, and 7 spring, but no 22-184 with the W on the end, which I assume was specific to Brothers because it has a modest drop. Would really appreciate speaking to you in person some day, as I have a,ways been a fan, and have learned much from your videos. Mahalo, Ray

@A.R.T.Customs I have my credentials, but the hotel cost is pretty much breaking the bank for me. The flight price isn't to crazy. Kind of sucks but don't think I'm going. Looking at about $2750 all in not including the way overpriced food cost. 🤷😥

Wow! Brothers is closed. No wonder the parts were so cheap at Holley clearance section. I've bought a lot of stuff from them lately. So I guess they won't sell parts for trucks any more. What a bummer! Like all your videos you had on Brothers. I learned a lot !

Holley bought Brothers Truck Parts. Adjustable panhard bars are available. Can order through them or Summitt Racing. All my suspension parts came from CPP Classic Performance Products. Part called Trac Bar with them. Adjustable, too. Good luck. WW

LMC is Long Motor Corporation. If you break it down its really stands for Lousy Made Chinesium garbage. Some stuff ok, most is overpriced garbage. I know i bought many parts for my 83 K20. Then returned many parts too they were so terribly made. But on the bright side Congrats on your new channel.

I dealt with them a few years back, for one of my customers project I was working on. Go online, pick / pay for what I wanted, then...........nothing. I emailed for order status, no reply (1 day) I called happened to get one of the owners. The parts weren't in stock, hadn't been in stock, but they ran my CC immediately on the order. I wasn't happy but remained polite. The guy on the other end became agitated when I pressed him on ETA to me. So I called him out on - that they were (essentially) financing their future inventory with current customers paid orders. That didn't set well at all. He banned me from any future orders for life😮. Also delayed refunding my CC. No problem, plenty of other online resellers of replacement parts, Chinese or not😊

They did, I think he means they closed as a brick and mortar store. They also moved out of state, so no longer in SoCal
