Any suggestions for simple deserts which could be “allowed” once in a while? You look great, kudos to you. I think you look great by Mother Nature, but now it shows you also feel great and your showing that energy. Congrats.

Duger is a kind of tricky drug which can cause craving addiction. When come to meat it is not about eating it. It is about how to get none GMO meat.

Im on day 21 and I still have loose, weird stool. Only fatty beef and water. Anybody else? I had gut issues before though, I had a big flare up which made me decide to embark on this carnivore journey. My gut fine now but the stools are gross.

How did you feel full eating less than 1000 calories a day when starting out?

Not sure why this guy isnt eating eggs!????? And beef isnt the only meat lol!! Chicken, ribs, lamb, bacon and pork chops...and fish! I also eat duck eggs! Eggs are #1 aside from meat when doing carnivore!

At first it was uncomfortable. I started adding a pinch of salt to my water and it helped with yuck feeling but after a couple weeks it left. I have only lost 10 lbs so far .not sure why but hanging in there. I do have more energy now. Appetite less but sugar cravings creep in every once in a while but pass quickly.

I'm 74 and have been carnivore for a week now and I am going through the same process. Feeling lethargic. Feeling like I'm coming down with something. I thought that no sugar and no carbs for a week, having a couple of teaspoons of mct oil each day, my ketones would be right up. However, I tested myself this morning and I am on .2/.3. Should my ketones by higher?

As a keto guy myself, I've given this a lot of thought and my conclusion is I think we are actually designed to consume some grains and various forms of carbs, our bodies can tolerate and make good use of it, just nowhere near the amounts we eat them today. I mean look at your typical fast food value meal or food court meal: by the time you're done with the chips, the soda and the buns, our typical meals are something like 80% carbs. That's not "balanced" in any way shape or form. Plus the type of carbs are too refined and processed, not enough fiber in them to reduce the glucose spike, and way too much sugar in everything. I think going carnivore or keto to lose weight is great, this was also my favourite tool, but when you get to your desired weight and starting maintenance you can safely re-introduce some carbs if you miss them, maybe 1/4 of your average meal, but with an emphasis on whole fruit, legumes, maybe some rice or potato here and there, basically things with lots of fibre in them. In terms of sugar, this is only for a little cheat once or twice a month. Now that is a true balanced diet in my mind, great for maintenance and long term health.

Hi just found you and so glad that I did. Your story and enthusiasm is amazing. Today is the start of my Carnivore journey. Feeling a little anxious but here goes anyway. I am 70 and 245 lbs. Made the decision to go for it because I am fed up of wearing loose shirts to hide the belly and don’t like my reflection anymore I want to feel healthier and happier so here goes! Wish me luck and I will share my journey with you amazing people.

I’m not giving up as now I know this stuff I’d be crazy to go back. Thanks for your video it’s helped me to understand more.

I Iaughed all through this only bc I went through these same withdrawal symptoms and it was indeed awful. The morning of my 13th day I woke up and felt like a new person. This was 9 years and 55 lbs ago and I am now ketovore but I've never forgotten how bad it was to get through the withdrawals! Anyone who says carbs aren't addictive needs to cold turkey stop.😢

Awesome video but I am curious about something. Did you ever mix things up with chicken, pork chops, ground turkey, eggs or any other type of food? I know you mentioned shrimp but it sounded like you were almost 100% red meat. Will this still work with different types of meat?

All carbs turn into glucose, you don't need sugar, you've been strictly carnivore for 2 years, you didn't die because the lack of sugar right. Your body makes the sugar you need. Carbs are highly inflammatory and we don't need them. Additionally fruits and veggies contain oxalates which are basically toxins and also cause inflammation. You're playing with fire bro, but you do you ofcourse.

Glad to see you back.....been following since the beginning and wondered what happened when you disappeared and then came back as carnivore and your awesome weight loss/life transforming journey. I am in the same boat needing to lose same weight and get fit. Have started walking everyday, preparing to start golfing and bowling on occasion and have even thought of looking into pickleball as I grew up loving racquetball, along with limiting my daily meal to a healthy steak with minimal vegetables (following more along AIP diet due to inflammation). Concerning the chocolate milk you start your days off with.....how much are you drinking daily, is it a 8oz glass, half a jug, a whole jug? Would appreciate the feedback if you have a moment! Keep up the great transformation!!!
