British Empire brought the best system of government the world has seen, it introduced the court of law that Ghana uses today. They brought the highest education system the world has ever seen. They brought evangelists who were dying of malaria yet it did not to stop their pilgrimage. They brought the industrial revolution. They have the welfare system that taxes the employed and distributes it to the jobless, they build infrastructure for common use. These are what advanced society. UK hasnt respected itself today but it has always been the exemplary standard that the world looks up to. That fact that these fraudsters can only talk about slave trade, which involved Africans selling their criminals to the British, is rather pathetic. Those times were very different to now. Slavery was normal since Biblical days. It is unacceptable to judge that part of history with todays laws that the by the way, the British were first to make the amendments to abolish slavery. And these criminals are indiscriminate, so far as I know Mexico did not take African slaves. So how does their 'excuse' actually fit into their crimes? The thing about white countries is that they are not liars. They have a system of trust that progresses them, a country can not prosper with an undercurrent of betrayals and fly by night businesses. They are not 'paying back' the British, they are digging a pit for their own country. Well lets hope not for Ghanas sake, it can prosper more if it can get rid of this aspect.
