Watching this in 2023 to change the blades on my 15 year old Bauer xxxx skates🥹

I’m better catching with my left than right from Baseball but when I play hockey I shoot right handed. So do I sacrifice catching ability for better stick management? My right arm is stronger than my left.

What loops are on the goalie pads that attached to the top of the bag? My pads are sliding right out of the holder because they don’t have this loop

Its a great bag, I'm thinking about getting a second because the only issue with them in the tires, it would be nice if they were rubber instead of plastic, also as a bit larger goalie, I am having to jam my "bigger" equipment in and leaving the zippper open on the bottom

I'm a right handed full right goalie. I started out as a regular goalie, but then I found out that it was really awkward playing the puck with a stick that has a left-handed curve. When I got a full right set of gloves and stick, I noticed that playing the puck became much easier. When I noticed that it wasn't that difficult making saves full right, and my body adjusted to carrying the stick in the left hand, I decided to stay with full right.

I got a grit goalie bag today actually in the mail I ordered it. It was the 36 inch hockey tower. Not this sumo thing. It was tiny. It had a shelf that comes out way to far. And it advertises a shelf for skates but mine didn't even fit barley. I had to shove them in while closing it. Obviously I couldn't fit all the equipment. Returning tomorrow. I'll look into this bag. Even for skaters it seemed small. If you're a skater try it if you want

I had one of these for my son... yes the pants and chest protector fit but knees pads neck protector makes it hard to fit and ultimately changed bags because these just don’t fit anything more than what she showed and as the kids get older more gear is usually needed

I'm a player i shoot right, but going to go goalie for a second team (learning net first) i can't catch for shit with my left hand..so why would i want a catcher on my left? Chances of me coming out of the crease to play the puck along the boards when opposition is hunting it down is slim to none (Unless i have loads of time, and even then it's just a quick whip up ice to one of my players...easy enough) so why would i want to sacrifice by best catching hand for a blocker? it doesn't make sense to me

Okay complete noob question: I'm right handed, so that means I go for 'Regular' goalie gear, 'Regular' stck, etc. Fine with that. Right hand holding stick, paddle pointing left. But if I'm getting a player stick, and I'm using the same arrangement- right hand up top, paddle on the left- do I order a right or left stick? They're not listed as 'regular' or 'full right' like goalie gear is!

I shoot right handed, i played goalie last night and i had my glove in my left hand... witch means I had the blocker in my right hand I couldn't play the puck at all because im so used to playing righty. I want to try having the glove in my right hand and see if that helps. In baseball I catch with my left hand but thats only because I throw with my right. If I could throw good with my left then I would catch with my right hand. so IDK if this info is 100% true.... any ideas?

I normally use a flathead because some older helmets only has three flathead screws instead of both, and there's less chance of stripping the screws
