Towards August it gets slower and towards the winter time.

Yeah, it's normally "the busiest time of year" for residential home sales as kids are out of school and it's a good time to move until that one summer when it's a really slow summer, then it's "traditionally a quieter time of year."

If someone files taxes but doesn't make enough income to "pay income tax in BC" does he/she pay speculation tax? ie. Student or Homemaker.

Thanks for the response. What I was referring to was the three semi-circles. Intuitively, one would associate the outer semi-circle with the top of your list; i.e Detached homes and the inner circle with the bottom of your list; i.e. Condos. This would lead to an incorrect interpretation of your data. My comment was in regards to your graphic representation, not the actual numbers. Thank you. Why is the sales to active ratio left out and not given more attention? I say that's a more important indicator than just sales numbers which mean nothing in and of themselves. It's a bit misleading to make a report leaving out key figures and exaggerating others.
