Yeah, it's normally "the busiest time of year" for residential home sales as kids are out of school and it's a good time to move until that one summer when it's a really slow summer, then it's "traditionally a quieter time of year."

Thanks for the response. What I was referring to was the three semi-circles. Intuitively, one would associate the outer semi-circle with the top of your list; i.e Detached homes and the inner circle with the bottom of your list; i.e. Condos. This would lead to an incorrect interpretation of your data. My comment was in regards to your graphic representation, not the actual numbers. Thank you.
