Damon explaining Souk Eye: "It's about a love story, a complicated affair. I was thinking about a city, instead of a man or a woman, but it's the same". There's a theory that "Souk Eye" could be 2D mispronounciating "So(uth)Cal(ifornia)". That makes sense, as The Now Now is a travel through the US.
