Are you able to do this without creating talking heads? What if I just want to change the voices and not create the avatars? When submitting to Podcast directories the talking heads don't really matter.

Good point .. you could in fact have a slide show instead

Great video. How did you create the audio waveform on the mask with the speaker images?
@SamiyeReviews9 күн бұрын
Hey, there! If you are asking about the audio wave form visuals (moving audio waves) I posted a longer tutorial, approx 47 minutes, a while ago about creating those using an online tool called Vizzy. Check out that tut around 41:40 timestamp.

Hey guys, this is a full workflow tutorial on how to turn NotebookLM audio overviews into Talking head video podcasts (faceless KZbin channel). Timestamps: Generate the Audio Overview (Podcast) using NotebookLM - 0:38 Create your AI talking head characters using AI image generator (Flux 1.1) - 4:23 Separate the NotebookLM Audio overview into separate audio tracks with SpeakerSplit.io - 11:35 Generate the Talking head clips (lip-synched to audio tracks) using Hedra AI - 15:31 Create your Video Template using CapCut Pro (paid version) - 26:51 Stitch together your Hedra AI clips and finalize your edits - 33:27 Final Outcome! (demo) - 44:50

Do you have a way to make it create a podcast with only two speakers? I noticed that sometimes it generates up to four voices. Also, how can I control the length of the podcast?
@SamiyeReviews15 күн бұрын
Hello, the answer to your first question is yes - NotebookLM will create audio overview with only two speakers. Generally this is what most AI generated podcasts are created with. I don't know if it is available in every country though, but right now it is available in USA. The answer to your second question is yes, you can change the length of the podcast (NotebookLM audio overview) by prompting it to stay under a certain length. See my latest video posted, I talk about this feature on NotebookLM.
@hopbongban14 күн бұрын
@@SamiyeReviews Thank you for your feedback. I requested a prompt command for a longer podcast duration, but it actually made it shorter than when it was first created. Also, I'm not sure whether to use Heygen or Hedra, which would be better for this type of podcast. Please give me some advice. And I feel that Hedra is really too expensive; even with the highest package, you only get 2 hours of video production
@SamiyeReviews14 күн бұрын
@@hopbongban Currently, NotebookLM does not support making an audio overview longer. I think the longest I've seen is around 32 minutes maximum. This limitation may change in the future. However as I showed in a previous video, it can shorten the length if you prompt it before you create it. In regards to Image to video AI tools, I also cover this in other videos why Hedra has the best quality and customization. This also makes them more expensive, but I believe it's worth it if you plan on creating content that you plan on monetizing. Obviously if you are only creating FREE content or for personal use, then Hedra is too expensive for sure! As with any business however, it requires investing capital to make a finished product or service, and there is always risks of loss or not enough profits. This is a generally acceptable idea, that it takes money to make money. If say you spend $10-$15 in credits total to make 1 talking head video, which eventually gets monetized (hypothetically) and it generates $100s or $1,000s was it worth it? These are obvious things you have to weigh when making those decisions.

Cool tecniques you have shown. The results are amazing. Congrats. I'm struggling to use NotebookLM, but making some customizations, 'cos there are tons of people using it the same way, with the same voices. Well, google doesn't offer any customization to the voices generated, so yesterday I saw an Indian guy teaching how do change them for free and automatically. Problem is that I don't know much about APIs and his english is hard to understand. JBGrhIsCyks This is part of the link to his 2-minute video, and it goes after the "=". If I past the whole link, youtube deletes my entire message.

Hello, hope you guys are enjoying the videos. I forgot to cover an important step on how to properly mix the ElevenLab audio clips so the voice actors sound like they are in the same room. Mixing the audio, should level out their EQs/Compression and volume to make it sound cohesive like NotebookLM's version. Don't skip that step if you want your NotebookLM remixes to sound professionally mixed, like they would be in studio. I may do an add-on if this video gets 100 likes!
