Dr Sahib? I am 68 years old, based in Rawalpindi. I have watched your videos about kidneys disease. Recenly, I have advised that am suffering in CKD Category 3A. Today about 8 tests were done. Basically, am having HBP 165/110 almost all the times. Its goes down temporarily and again come back. The Nephrologist suggested me New Day 5/80, Concor 2.5mg. When I studied NewDay on Google, it had adverse effects on kidneys and liver. Am reluctant to start using it. I need to come to Lahore to discuss in detail. Regards

Hello sir, i am IGA nephropathy Patient. Creatinine-3.20 Egfr -27 Other all Parameters are in Range. And My Creatinine stable from Last 2 years. But Even After Eating lots of, Weight Loss is happening, My weight was 59 Kg before 6 Months ,But now 50 Kg. I ask My Nephrologist. He done My TSH ( Thyroid ) Test which result is 9.5. He said No Treatment Needed. But lossing weight Continuously. What Can i do To Improve my weight?

You are a life saver of individuals with CKD. Now days after listening your videos people shouldn't call anyone CKD patient, rather individuals having CKD. My creatinine has been stable at 1.3 since last 1.5 years due to lifestyle changes, walk and above all your lifesaving talks which enlightens one about what CKD is. I don't take any medication now as my nephrologist hasn't prescribed any. No diabetes but sometimes if get angry BP goes high to 140/90. Blessings from India, I m 51.
