Do you have now already the Disitng NT? What love to see how you use it.

Well...it's been on pre-order for months and was supposed to be available at the end of October/beginning of November. Still on pre-order. Another thing that's happened is I realized that my rig was about to be all digital except kick, 303 voice, and the delay. I have performed live with the eurorack in my area a few times, and people have no idea what it is, what's going on, and honestly just don't care about the music. I have decided to hang up eurorack. If I was in Europe it'd be a different story. I built the rig to be able to "tour", but then covid happened. Went to streaming, then VR and it was a slow decline into running on a hamster wheel and not making any progress, though it was fun. Since it's largely digital, I have decided that if I do techno eurorack I'll just use VCV and a Launch Control XL as the sounds are good enough using samples. Maybe, a side 303 like Behringer or M303. The final rig I came up was the peak culmination of my years with eurorack. The best modules: ModBase09MKII, Fold6, Sarajewo, FXaid/Desmodus, Xcelon, Hermod+, Robotdog YASF Noir filter. The rest I haven't tried, but was going to: Disting NT, M303. Lastly, the QMMG is cool, but I would've been happy with Natural Gate or Sinc Bucina.

Thank you for the detailed reply. It's a sad story. You were so motivated with the little case. I hope you reconsider or move somewhere else, your country is very big ;-)

@@EpisodeLover yes Rav Moon. It’s tuned like a handpan with the fundamental, octave and compound fifth which is why it sounds like a handpan, however it has a really long sustain which is super nice

It seems there's no clear legal position on demo patterns on synths and drum machines being used in songs. Would be good to get a legal professional's take on that. I made various demos for a leading synth that's currently available - they could easily be used as part of song. Maybe I should do it before someone else does!

I've got false claims even without presets. But it also was just one synth. Copyrighted piece was way off of resemblance though so it got disputed without any further counteraction.

YT's copyright strikes are bullshit. Don't look for ways to excuse them or adjust your behavior to be more correct. It's just how it is. Most copyright strikes come from competitors trying to slow you down.

If fraudulent copyright claimants were in danger of being "struck out", this BS would stop real quick. It's fraud. It's illegal. Against the law. But they get to do it freely.

If it's a demo track on a device, those often do have copyright and aren't meant for other's use other than to show off the device. If it's presets, they are for all to use but people that use them blatantly then strike others....that is not right.

Very cool! Do you think it's possible to remove the tapping sound (with EQ or something)? I feel it is distracting a bit from the melody, which is beautiful.
@ObscureMachinesАй бұрын
@@Sousless this is a funny comment because the speed is cool but your comment is a reminder that melody is still king…but yes to answer your question the way to do it though it to play slow and tap less instead of eqing
