Uno dei tanti capolavori del geniale guitarsman Mark

I thought I knew everything MK. This has blown my mind!

Non è lui che suona, se facesse le stesse identiche note sarebbe molto più dinamico e coinvolgente

The best guitarist in my opinion, lady writer, sultans of swing and money for nothing are the best songs, mark is great on the guitar, I love listening to the isolated versions 🤘🏼🎸🔥

I think the first way that you played it is the better version… It seems easier to play, though I would agree that the sound is a bit thinner but MK may have used thicker strings for this song and the amp settings may have an influence on the deeper bass sound on the original recording.
@all_things_mark_knopflerАй бұрын
@@bradgoose Tried every mix of amp settings possible... even turning the bass all the way up does not do the job.
@bradgooseАй бұрын
Well, MK sound and technique is generally elusive. I would go with what’s the most comfortable version to physically play and you’ll probably enjoy playing it more… All 3 sound decent, but the first version looks to have the most straightforward fingering and MK has talked about being efficient in previous videos… But who knows!

@@all_things_mark_knopfler - it’s Setting Me Up but take a look how he plays it…. kzbin.info/www/bejne/kGSneoyVpq17iKssi=tWwmvyPzk95qD_Wr No capo, not sure about the tuning… Similar sounding song

Mark knopfler immenso chitarrista cantante e autore con il suo genio musicale e capace di far suonare anche un mocio vileda. Grande prima con i dire straits band da lui fondata e dopo come solista. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
