Oh no a puzzle! I do think it’s so bad how there is such disparity between the gifts around the world. One person gets something really lovely and then someone else gets a puzzle. It’s random. ❤

I agree with you! I also have to say over in the UK it is the new Platinum welcome gift as well! I think what it is is okay, just the sizes should be bigger! The soap should definitely be full size!!!

I just subscribed to your channel! I am a Dior Platinum Member as well. Needless to say, I loved this video and LOVE all the free gifts! That Tote bag with the hand lotion and lippy was fabulous! I ended up giving mine to a friend and she was over the moon! The birthday gift was great too! Now seeing this gift, I am wondering whether I have to wait until March 2025 to receive my next gift when my current status ends/renews. I am hoping maybe since I will hit the renewed Platinum spending level before the Holidays I will not have to wait until March? Any thoughts? And are you thinking about buying the Advent Calendar? If you do, will you review it on your channel? I have purchased a couple of luxury calendars and am planning on reviewing them on my channel, but I am not sure the Dior one is worth it for me since I already have some of the products in the box. It's also really pricey! LOL

My platinum status is renewing exactly in 2 weeks so can’t wait to get my gift 🤭 It looks lovely. I don’t think I’ve ever smelled Gris Dior but I have a big bottle of Dioriviera, shower gel + lotion and travel spray too. Can’t get enough of that fragrance! Hope this one smells just as good 😊

That’s a really good question. I’m not 100% sure. One thing I definitely know about Dior is that sometimes there is no rhyme or reason to who gets what! So apparently I got the gift for becoming a tier 4 platinum member! What exactly that means I’m not sure!Potentially, the amount of time I’ve been on platinum or the number of purchases made since being on platinum. I have a feeling it is because there is no level higher than platinum so they give ‘ seasonal gifts’ as an incentive. (there has been talk of a diamond tear on its way) Potentially those people who have just reached platinum will receive this welcome gift and then have to wait a year to receive the next platinum gift as a seasonal gift. Not very clear sorry, but hope it helps. ❤

I'm in the UK, what 3 items do people get in the points game atm? Mine didn't change since last month. The 3 items are still a light brown makeup bag for 25 points, a phone holder thing for 35 points and a miss dior set for 50 points. I think I have been knocked back a tier too. I should be almost on hold. I now have £334 to get to gold. The dior site is frustrating as it has so many glitches. When do you start receiving the seasonal gifts?

Last time I looked it hadn’t changed yet for July it was still a discovery Miss Dior Set, phone charm etc. I am saving my points until it is something different. I am pleased I am not the only one who finds the Dior website so glitchy!!! I find it really frustrating. I am a platinum member, apparently tier 4 (only know that as I was told at the counter the other day )and that then means I got a seasonal gift (it was the new platinum welcome gift as per the video) If you are having issues with your points total, I would definitely go and speak to someone at a Dior counter, I normally find them really lovely and always very helpful .❤

@@LizzLiikes I just had another look. I got an email in June 2023 saying I was now silver. On my dior account it says in Feb 2024 I became silver. It is very frustrating. I've emailed them just now to see what the story is as its very annoying.

@@LizzLiikes got an email back. A few years ago when I tried to sign up instore, the SA lost my profile. She advised me to make another one af home from my computer. Turns out it was just really buried in the system. So I somehow had 2 profiles linked to the one account. So the points were being spread between both. They said it was merged earlier in the year, I asked why i wasn't getting double the perks and if I was silver on both before, how can I still be on silver with thd 2 merged. I should definitely be on hold or nearly on gold. Getting correct info on the site is really hard so I requested thd transaction info to make sure I'm getting my points and on thd proper tier. It's really annoying as this definitely shouldn't be happening.

Hi picked my one up yesterday. Also picked up the Natural Glow Ritual set that seemed to have replaced the luggage tags that were the interim welcome gift. They are expecting the actual gifts with the tote, etc in July. If I knew that I’d have waited with upgrading my account from gold 😃

I became platinum on my 2nd Dior account yesterday and was surprised by the platinum welcome gift. I’ve never seen anyone else receiving this 😀 It’s the glow ritual set with navy blue pouch, crème abricot, rosy glow blush and pink lip glow oil. I was shown list of all the gifts for this year but don’t remember seeing this one on it. Platinum birthday gift is a stationery set - notebook with pencils. I don’t wanna be ungrateful as I use the items included in the platinum welcome gift daily so I’ll be happy with them but it’s just a normal set which anyone can buy from their website. Normally the gifts are not available for purchase. I’ll be enquiring about this in the store 😁

If you don’t spend a certain amount, your account will reset after a year so then you start building up your points again.
