i think you're right with you're case-problem-critic. Yet the musicballance and quality how its made is best so far for this price if found, crazy ballanced product, very fair. So, they kinda can use that advantage, since that's most important and way more annyoing, if not given. But that problem with the case and not turning on without, that makes me furiozs aswell. But it's not that big of a problem. it's just annoying since it would be such a little feature to add - well, too late now. i enjoy what i got, and that is still more of what is important to me, than most other earplugs can give to me.
