A former Japanese JuJitsu practitioner here. Though I still love the martial art I practiced since I was a child, I always admired different combat arts. Silat was always one that stuck out to me in a very good way. For years I was OBSESSED with puter kapala 😎. To me, it was a more practical/effective head throw compared to kaiten nage.

I’m sorry guys, I did those drills for years. It all gets thrown out the window in real full contact stick sparring or street fights. I’ve been in both with stick weapons. This stuff doesn’t exist in reality
