I just faced him 2 days ago with my Netrunner character. Hacking him causes a unique effect, “Smasher ICE” which negates and counterhacks you. New smasher is awesome

Even on ultra it looks kinda dated.

Playing in the chase cam vs cockpit view costs 20 or more frames. Also, turning car reflections to ultra low doubled my frames in cockpit view. I don't have a reference for chase cam. I haven't tried it yet. Hope that helps! :)

Without dlss how much fps do you get?

Same on mine at 3440 x 1440. RTX4090 only using 50-60% GPU at about 60-75 FPS. Also get terrible stutter at times.

I'm running on the same setup and even tried running it on my UHD 2k monitor at max settings, still getting average frame rates. My guess is its poorly optimized? i would have thought it would perform better as most titles im playing at 4K at max settings average over 140 fps easily.

i am going to upgrade from 10400f to 10700f with 6700xt, cant wait

I've a 3070 and this game runs horrible. Texture, stuttering, and pop in issues everywhere. According to steam reviews, everyone else is having issues. Wait for a patch or sale is my recommendation .

This has to be with upscaling on right? The game looks very muddy like it's running on a Nintendo Switch. They spoiled a great by releasing it broken and promising a fix in 1 weeks time. Unacceptable
