[From a neighboring town not too far from Farmingdale] Dude sick video, I used to think I knew a hell of a lot about Adventureland but some of the things in this video I never even knew about. Well done on the format and editing in this as well

But all jokes asides dont you miss life back then i took it for granted lol. i hate Its so expensive and everybody we grew up with are leaving ! My wish is i could be a young adult in the late 90s just so i could experience the 2000s as an adult.

Nice video! One thing that I still wonder about is the evolution of its mascot. I remember at one point it was a clown type character in the mid to late 2000s. (Featured on the admission bracelets)…The theme song for the park too. Who recorded it & its development?

used to go a lot as a kid and worked there as a teen. in the mid 2000s . I only remember going around once on the Hurricane. Also at night we would all run once the park closed and park the bumper cars. I have fond memories of the feedback in the speakers everynight as the closing music played.

Energy is on point here! I will always remember Zachary’s as a place where us newly akin high schoolers would party the night away at times the place was rented out because we had the VIP booths on the outskirts. Good times… This is a prime example that the creative process was ahead of its time of technology, that or it was starting to go in tandem. Hey, marketing for the win…. There’s the American way 🇺🇸 😅.

Great job Matt! And a great service to Adventureland! I had the good fortune to work there in the late 70s and I can tell you for a fact, the town came up with an ordinance that we were not allowed to have any more rock concerts after Twisted Sister. 🤣🤣 Have you seen the movie Music and Lyrics with Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore? I'm sure you would love it and quite a significant portion of it was shot at Adventureland.
