Ingredients: Turai - 1 kg Carrot - 1 (big) Potato - 1 Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp Jeera - 1 tsp Onions - 2 Garlic - 10 Green chillies - 3 Salt - 1 tsp Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Dhanya powder - 1 tsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Fresh coriander - a handful Must try with 1 tsp Ghee on top. Serve hot with Rice.

RECIPE: To make the filling, grate 100g Paneer. To that, add Ginger+garlic+chilli paste and finely chopped onions. Add ajwain, kalonji, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder and garam masala. Also add chopped Coriander. Mix it well and soft tasty filling is ready. Stuff it inside dough and roll out the Paratha. Cook in Ghee until both sides are perfectly crispy. Serve with Chai.

Recipe for Aloo Katli 1. Heat 1 tbsp Ghee in a wok. 2. Add sliced Potatoes and fry until the edges look golden brown. 3. Then add finely chopped Ginger, Garlic and Green Chillies. 4. It was actually cooked. I had sliced it very thinly and cooked the chillas for longer time (like 4 minutes on each side). So the heat had cooked it till inside.
