Amen! Television is not what it used to be. 😢 Though I was coming up in the 60s, I remember those antennas and rabbit ears on the televisions to get good reception. Lol😅 However, this world has been and remains a crooked and preverse generation, but as followers of Yeshua The Messiah, we must still shine as lights in the world. Phil. 2:15. And yes, choosing daily whom we are going to serve. Thank you for sharing, helping us to not only reflect, but remember to hold on to truth! ❤

Shalom - HGTV is owned by Warners Bros. Discovery and the initials stand for Home and Garden Television. I don't believe that it claims to be family oriented. If they did or do, it is not! The world's definition of many things are contrary to the definition of what YeHoVaH says it is, such as in marriage, a baby (pregnacy), sexual relationships, etc. A person can learn a lot from watching HGTV but in quite a few of their shows, it will cater to the world's view of things. Mature spiritual discernment and restraint is necessary when deciding to watch this channel and any other channel, websites, etc. 😮

Amen. Thank you for another great story. 👍🏽 Fear is a spirit that will try to creep in on you, even after you've grown up. But praise YeHoVaH for not giving that spirit of fear to His children who obey and continually gain understanding of His Word. Over the years, I definitely have learned to confront whatever fear attempts to creep in on me. As you somewhat stated, "going to Elohims Word" is what has helped me every time. 🙌🏽🫶🏽

Shalom everyone! Thank you sister Sharon for this message. My husband and I had not been tithing as often as we should , and I could definitely see where from the times before we use to do it consistently how YeHoVaH never let us go without and his blessings were always flowing in. We have now again have an account where our tithes are directly deposited into so that we can tithes no matter what. I thank YeHoVaH for this because I know that he is faithful

The boys seriously enjoy listening to your stories. Jr tries to get me to play one story a day during dinner lol. We were cracking up with the fish head bandage demonstration. I think my grandma said that turpentine rubbed on the navel would expel tapeworms. Not sure if it's true or not, but some of the remedies were suspect lol. When I had chicken pox, I was made to stand in front of the chicken coop and stare at the chickens as "treatment" 😳

Paper Maps 😀 I used them all the time before GPS! We had a booklet that contained the maps for each state and parts of Canada. That was what we used to drive to Toronto back in the 1990’s. We traveled from Detroit to see The Phantom of the Opera. Enjoy the Shabbat 🎉🙌🏽🙏🏽🙌🏽 Thanks for listening 💕🙋🏽💕

Praise YeHoVaH that you weren’t taken hostage during “your gregarious ventures” in your young toddler days and being directionally challenged. The Father had you covered even then. O Sharon, I just love these stories so much. This cracks me up enormously, especially since I am directionally challenged as well. It definitely doesn't help that wil is no better. Years ago back when we were dating, we had gotten a pizza and were in West Palm Beach wanting to sit down and eat it somewhere by the water. Well-being as both of us are directionally challenged, after walking and walking and walking for a who knows how long finally we came to something that really was smelly Turns out it was a sewage treatment plant. Oh my. Definitely not the type of waterfront that we were looking for. If I'm remembering correctly we threw in the hat and ended up eating in a parking lotSitting down and one of those concrete things the goes in front of the cars to mark off each parking spot. So romantic, huh? We were both more interested in the pizza I suppose anyway. I suppose not much has changed on all fronts

Another great story! It pays to be quick to obey when hearing The Almighty’s voice. Any delay is disobedience, so both you and Mr. Floyd listening and obeying His voice first was much more important than the voices of any one else. It was Fathers will and He definitely made the way, in spite of the obstacles that came along. It takes faith in Him to please Him! I’m so glad you pleased Him. If not, I wouldn’t be blessed by your stories, like this one that helped to remind me of His faithfulness in my obedience!!!☝🏽🙌🏽💞

Another awesome story, you always make us laugh and smile. I remember when I was a child my parents took me to my uncles funeral and my mom was wearing high heals and her heal got stuck in the floor grate in front of the casket.
