It's easier for the editing as well, especially if you are doing all of it by yourself. A better way to do this is create a gif in Canva from your original video. Copy/paste the gif to the body of the email and then add the KZbin link to the gif. This increases open rates quite a bit. Just make sure you add a play button to the gif. Only downside… it increases your chances of getting snatched by spam filters.

Your advice seems to talk only about a very narrow use of teleprompters. Of course you can put notes and key facts on one, you can also set your monitor to have the face of someone you're talking to, or layout controls etc. so you can fiddle with the setup without breaking eye contact... Lots of ways to use one.
