Most of the posts here are about how good Johnny is and deservedly so, but Luca is a fantastic player in his own right. He is certainly no slouch and holds his own jamming with Hiland. I would imagine his show would be very,very good to see. Luca has the chops to play with the likes of Vince Gill and Keith Urban and Brad Paisley easily.

When he do the rasgueo there is no good dynamic,and the sound is too much sqeezy,good not for classical,flamenco or even bossa. (IMAO). if you want to do a good classical guitar the slim body (and it's just estethic) is forbidden. cheers

Two great players. and Luca is a superb player also a gentleman to boot just met him the other day in a guitar shop, he more than holds his own with Johnny here, you should check out Luca's Best Of CD. Remember as far as the location home of country music, Nashville is concerned, Luca is from another planet distance and culture wise. I doubt most people in Nashville even know where Italy is, never mind the fact "Congress", "Senator" and "The Capitol" building get their names from Italy

Johnny may not be THE best guitar player in the world, but he's on the Christmas card list of the best! Rolling Stone magazine doesn't have the balls to include him in their top 100 greatest guitar players yet they include Willie Nelson and John Lennon and Joan Baez? Willie IS pretty good, but even he'll admit, not in the class of Johnny. I believe Hiland can play circles around at least 80 of the top 100 they have listed. The other 20 are good enough to be there.

@MrLongtimegone I believe if you had guitar chops to rival either of these men you would not be posting stupid shit to others videos but rather posting videos of YOU playing guitar as well as the two guys here. Instead of rattling on about who you've played with, show us video proof. Until I see MrLongtimegone playing guitar, I figure you're just another poser. Prove me wrong, I dare ya. It just shows you don't need to have a good guitar "set up" professionally before you can play it. These guys just take them down off the rack, tune them and then "this" comes out. Amazing! Funny thing, my guitar doesn't sound like this!
