I was shock knowing that this song was also PNoy’s favorite song. I love this song since i was i grade school. It was celeste legaspi’s version back then. I know. I’m young. I’m age 27. But i do have an old soul. I am also a performer. But then i quit singing years ago. Whenever i hear this song it always got me emotional. Remembering back in the day when i was still active in singing.

I wanna hear the favorite music of my favorite President Noynoy so I listened to the different versions. Aiza’s version is full of emotion. Nakakaiyak. Paulit- ulit kong pinakinggan.. This is for me the best version of the song. Looking back at Noy’s life, he committed himself to his love for the country, forgetting himself and his personal lovelife. Tama na lang para sa kanya na minsan ang minahal ay sya. Sana sa kabilang buhay mahanap mo ang tunay na kaligayahan, Noy.🙏❤️

Actually, this has been my favorite song, too. I love love songs, ballads esp the heartbreaking ones which some friends told me weird. I’ve been listening to this when I was in high school on a cassette tape recorded by a friend & each time I listen to it esp the last part of the song, it gives me the goosebumps & a good teary eyes. I stopped listening to it for yrs right after I embarked on a new life after finishing school. I don’t know where that tape was placed, but, still the memories of this particular song will remain in me..PNoy, u have been a good leader, dependable, trustworthy & working public servant. You maybe are imperfect, u always have the heart to serve & try to make our country progressive.
